We put together a simple page by page guide below to help you get started. Once you are ready to add your first record just click the “Easy Quick Start” button here or on the dashboard to fill in all the information and you will see how easy it is to add and maintain all your records!
The dashboard is where you will spend most of your time. You can add completely new records including the performer information from this page. To add a new record simply click the “Easy Quick Start” button and fill in all of the information for your performer and new record. You can also search for records by the production title, URL, performer name or by the primary producer. Once you locate a record you can view the record’s depiction and the performers ID from this page. You can also view and print the full record.
The records page is for adding new records as well as editing or deleting current records. To add a new record simply click the “Add New Record” button at the top of the page and fill in all of the required information. Then you can either drag and drop your photo or video content or browse to find it on your computer to upload. We strongly suggest you pre-compress any video files over 500 MB as that will save you a lot of upload time. Large files may take a while to upload so please be patient. Once uploaded our system will compress the content down to much smaller files to save you data space.
The performers page is for adding new performers as well as editing or deleting current performers. You can search for performers by their real name or alias as well as view their ID or edit the performer’s information. To add a new performer simply click the “Add New Performer” button at the top of the page, fill in all of the required information and upload a photo or scan of their ID.
The producer page is for adding new producers as well as editing or deleting current producers. You can search for performers by their name, business name or email address. To add a new producer click the “Add New Producer" button at the top of the page and fill in all of the required information.
Your account page is for managing your account details. You can check your data usage, purchase more data, update your account information as well as change your password and plan type. You can also close your account on this page.
